The font is kinda floating, so you should probably lower it or put a menu bar under it.

I agree with Mike. Also, I think it would look better if you erased the stripes that are in front of her (the ones covering her face and skin and everything). The font doesn't really suit the blend and neither does it's gradient. I suggest something more clean and formal like a Sans-Serif font.

BLEND IN THE TEXT
&& I'm not a fan of that background ._.
Ohh. And blend in the content areas :]
And those stripes are too opaque-like xD
(basically what Mike said. I just wanted to say it again.)

I agree with everyone one lowering the opacity on the scan lines (or well maybe just erase them off of her), and fixing the font because it's just... there. Also try and move the font a little to the right because it gets cut off. Other than that, I love the blending.

I love the blending. Use a cleaner looking font, it'll match better (: And basically what Mike said, haha.

Here's a tip: Textures and brushes on the faces of people who are in your graphic do NOT look good. So if you've got some thing like this

erase whats over the face so it looks like this

A nice soft-edged brush. It'll do the trick.

of all the crapy disney layouts i've seen
this is one of the better ones, your good

Demi Lovato looks...really different in that
middle picture, cute dress images, but i don't
think the smokey effect is doing you any favors
though, it would be better if you added more of
that bright pink than smoke

I hate scanlines so I say take them out completely. Other than that, the blending looks decent. I don't know why, but I actually don't mind the way the text looks. My only suggestion would be to pick colors other than black and gray for the backgrounds. There are some pretty good colors in the photos that you could use.
