Do you learn the names of bands/groups but not the members? |

I do it like all the time. Especially with Korea and their huge groups.
I'll learn the name of one or two people I like but that's about it. There's very few groups I know of/listen to where I know the names of all the members. So what about you guys? |

Yes, most of the time. Unless I really really love the band; then I actually make an effort to treat them as individual human beings.

I'm sure there's more, but I never bothered learning any of 30 Seconds to Mars' names except for Jared Leto's. |

Depends, I only remember pop and R&B groups name.
For example: Jackson 5 ( Michael , Tito, Jermaine, Jackie, Marlon) Destinys Child ( Beyonce, Kelly, Michelle) B2K ( Omarion, J-Boog, Raz-B, Lil Fizz) No homo N'Sync ( Justin Timberlake, Lance B (no homo) , JC Chavez, Joey something,  about the other person)TLC ( T-Boz, Chilli, Left-Eye) Pretty Ricky ( Sexy Spec (no homo), Baby Blue, Slick'em, Pleasure P) |

I know all the Wonder Girls because I'm a mad fan and I know Tiffany from Girls' Generation because she gets so much attention. I can name 4/5 2NE1 members too. XD I think that's about it.
