http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XjpYfy1OVas

Or, if you're not down with an 8-minute video:
http://themarkster.net/retouches/retouch.php?id=33

I uploaded a makeover video before this one. It's some girl with a lot of freckles, but I'm not proud of how I edited it, lol.

C&C if you want. :)

^ mm, kind of. a lot of times, i try to study the natural form of the face, like the way cheeks are formed and how skin begins to sag by aging.

Wow Mark. Wow.

Hehe, I love hovering back and forth on the picture. It's like the original is cold and dreary, and the makeover is pretty and fresh biggrin.gif

oh, it's either quick mask, as thomas mentioned, or the freeze tool in the liquify tool.

Overall, I really like it. I'm not a fan of blurring. Have you tried D&B?

I really like her brows and the nostril modification, the before looks like she's flaring a bit. I also like the color modification though the original was nice to begin with.

haay it looks awesome! i was really scrutinizing it though, and it looks like on the right where her hair comes down to about her collarbone, you can kinda tell the skin is off, same with the other side as well. but otherwise, awesome job :)
