Within-DIV Space Question, Wanting to know Coe for Spacing in DIV box Options

Hey. I've just completed this DIV (thanks Pattycake), but on the area where users can comment I was just wondering if there's a code to add a space between the submit button and the box where the actual comment is type, or better yet to move one box below the other? I know it's petty, but it's just a pet peeve. Also, in this particular layout, some of the links on the friends area don't work...IE view all friends, friends online, etc. I'm not really worried about it, but does anybody know what's up with that? myspace.com/79726644

Well I apologize. Initially, I did use code tags as I didn't know how to do this/have never done so before, but I *edited* my post a third time and changed it to code box It showed up as code box for me, so I don't know why it didn't for you. Hopefully it won't be problem in the future.

I don't think the designer meant for the links to be clickable. They're just part of the design. If you want them to be clickable, you need to position linked transparent GIFs over them. As for the comment box, here's the original code:
