What is the best/cheapest camera that you can buy that takes quality (worth putting in a banner) or high definition photos?

What size of banner?
For buying camera equipment, I do all my shopping at B and H Photo and Video. Google them, it will be worth it. |

This is a little over your budget, but would work fine. Just take your images at a low ISO, 100 being the best for the best quality. So you would need sunlight basically. http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/6052...tal_Camera.html |
