Progression #2: I'd post my first progression, but I wouldn't see it being much use, haha. I got a loong way to go, but C&C if you want. Oh, I'm not done with the darker transition layers so far, btw. (Yes, I jump around the image like crazy..) |

looks good so far
what bothers me is the lips looking a bit like a posterized picture. not sure if that is how you intended it because the rest of the shapes have smooth edges. otherwise, looking good so far. yep. |

hm yeah, i guess i should redo the lips then. i wasn't sure if they were turning out right. do you have any tips for vectoring lips? :/ |

The lips are missing a LOT of colour, which is why they look funny (I think). You're missing the entire top lip, and the bottom lip doesn't finish all the way to the corners.
 Fill in the missing parts and I think it'll be just fine.Other than that, looks good!

I'm in love with the eyes and hair. I think so far, everything looks great. Like you said, you're not done yet so I can't really critique it. But it looks phenomenal!

Not a fan of the purple higlights around the face. And the lips are kinda like cracked pink. I understand this isnt finished though. It looks kinda like you use the magic wand tool and then filled those selections.

latest progression: - completely re-did the skin - completely re-did the lips - worked more on hair - started on eyebrow and ish. gonna redo the chin area. |
