Uniqsole Portfolio Concept Options

A concept I made in Photoshop for my portfolio redesign. Fairly simple and too the point. The previews of my work will have color rollovers and I'm using the Lightbox script. It's not final, and when coded the type and overall look will be much better.

What do you think? Any positive suggestions?

Not much bad I could say about it. I especially like the idea for colour rollovers.

Only question: is it just going to be a one page site? I was just thinking that if you're adding more pages (separating those three sections, really), it might be a hard time filling the space. Then again, it might turn out quite neat and compact. Just a thought.

I think it looks pretty good John! Just a thought though, are you planning on making that splatter background repeat? It might be a little difficult to make it repeat seamlessly. >_>

Do you kno how you could make the images fade to color when you hover them? I believe um...I think fawaz? did it on his site. the guy who recently posted about needing hosting.

That was Gregg (fixtatik). I remember I looked at his source code once but I can't remember the code he used.

Good point. I like the idea of the colored rollovers but just make sure the colors aren't so bright and intense.
