I don't really like how the background repeats and I think you should use a different font for your site name. Also your cobbing is pretty choppy and there's a b&w spot on her hands.
 But it looks cute. I think you're getting better.

hm. im not completely crazy about it. The background doesnt really match the person. Also with the heading i can see half of the line sticking up near her.

Ehh...it's ok but I agree with Nat, try a different font for the title part because the Birth of a Hero font doesn't always go well with everything and since this is kind of like a cute layout, you don't need such a grungy font. The cobbing is also pretty bad and you could have done more with the image. The content areas also look plain and boring so try shaking that up a bit. Otherwise, good job!
