I have doubts about this layouts so I wanted to know if it would get accepted.

I wouldn't accept it. The images seem low quality, and the colors clash pretty bad.

Honestly, I'd reject it. Like Abeey said, the image quality n the background is low and nothing really matches. Work on it.

How long does it take to get the acceptance or rejected.

I made a new background image, but the brush is Manga based and is supposed to look like it came out of a Manga which is why it's so noisy.

I would honestly reject it. Looks kind of like the images are over-saturated and not a fan of the background. Maybe if you brought the image closer together in the background and kind of switched the black in the content areas to a light grey.

Next time, please, take a screenshot. I just pulled up the links for the images..I can't get the preview thing to work for me. But anyways, I agree with everyone else. I'd reject it for the same reasons.
