anyone know a good way to get reallly defined (i think is the word) muscles on your arm and all cause i am musclary but i dont wanna be freakishly big but i dont know how to do it cause ive been doing push ups and all and i get stronger but it doesnt show! i still look scrawny but i know im gettin stronger and all

meat...but the thing is more protein and more meat makes u bigger and its so hard to mold that much fat...especially on mee

Push-ups and situps. It's all about weight-resistance training.

you cant just have muscular arms like that, u gotta work out all over the place cuz u dont see a guy with big ripped arms and an obese body. And only doing push ups dont work. use free weights and do pull ups, and it also takes a long time depends on your body fat levels. and if your scrawny, tahts probably why push ups dont work becuz they depend on your weight, its better to bench because u can use more weight. i've been working out hard for the last 6 months and i haven't reached my goal yet, but it surely shows

GMC has protein suppliments. I use them sometimes when i wanna get a lil more bulk but dont eat alot of protein. Also do 3 sets and don just do one session a day. Do a couple. Also increase the weight every 2 days (usually by 5)

Set1
take 20pounds off your maxlift (meaning the amount where you can only do one but anymore heavier and you cant do one) 12 reps

Set2
Add 5 more pounds, do 10 reps

Set3
Add 5 more pounds, do 8

Work on your legs or rest for a lil (couple hours) then continue if you want. I usually do 2-3 sessions a day like breakfast lunch and dinner.

the key is to not overstrain yourself. IF you cant do it then put it off and try again. Also use your arm strength not momentum... stubborn.gif

that might be a lil too much depending on how old he is. and dont work out everyday, like arms 3 times a week, legs twice a week. and dont take that protein supplement if your young.

no cuz if u get fat and then u work out, you're gonna have to burn off that fat if you want the muscle to show

do push ups! i tried to lose my arm.. but i ended up getting a bit buff.. so i stopped stubborn.gif yah.. so it should work if u do like at least 40 a day

Lol, colorguard. It makes you buffer than most of the other guys on the playground. It's so intense, I'm still sore weeks later. >.>;

lol same- im lyk really strong but it doesnt show at all! im lyk a bone that never so much as picked up 2 pounds!
