Lack of sleep.

You need to hit the sack and get a good ol' 10 hours worth of sleep.

I've been having the same problem. I think it's just all the sleep I've missed from this year of school catching up with me. If you're in school, you're probably experiencing the same thing. Just try and squeeze in a nap every few days and go to bed a little earlier than you usually do.

That's exactly what it is...

Your body starts to bottle up all the missing hours of sleep.. and then it'll hit you, and it'll hit you hard as hell.

i really doubt it could be mono. there's a lot more to mono than headaches and being tired. look it up.

it sounds, as everybody else said, like just the lack of sleep. i'd take some PM medicine before you go to bed, it really does help a little bit. if you start getting even worse or sick or anything doesn't feel right, definitely go to the docotor. i've known some people that have let little things slide then end up becoming extremely ill. just don't run to the doctor every time you get a headache though.

unless she has been smacking lips on guys (or girls?) who have had mono then yeah she could. But like smar said its unlikely for this situation. Lack of sleep. I get it all the time, like now a nap sounds nice.
