I made this today took me about 1 hour. I call this div overlay Myspace Blue Invision if anyone would like to code it for html give a reply. I am coding this div overlay in flash.

Ooh I like it as well. Although I see it more as teal than blue haha. But it's nice. I agree about the top. It's good though.
