Boxed comments Options

How do you get the comments to be boxed. Either with the Normal Box or with the DASHED box..like so -------. Or any other that there might be. Thanks a billion!

you can change the colorof the backround and everything by tweaking the code at the bottom... that code I just gave you has a blue background... I think it does anyway haha
