cursors, cursors not working |

for some reason, i cant get the cursor codes to work on my site. i've tried placing the codes in the header box and the website stats box, but they just dont seem to be working. could anyone please help me to find out what is wrong? thanks!

well, try placing the URLs in ur web browser and see if they are functional. if not, the server has been shutdown

thye dont work on mine either but theres a tutorial on www.dazzlinstarz.com i havent found the time to try it yet but you can test it out
