First of all im home from my trip. Though i ran into a technological problem on my ride home.
So i had a song that was extremely loud on my ipod and i just found a volume control setting so i set it to be louder. I didnt know that it would set all my other music too...
So now when i try to set it the way it was before it wont save the new setting i want. So now all my music is quiet and i want it to be the normal setting but cant.
I tried the whole middle button and menu button reset thing but that didnt do anything either.

So how can i fix it? Do i have to do a complete reset all together? to where it clears the music and stuff? If so how do i do that?

Did you try going back into iTunes, adjusting all the songs playback volumes, and then reimporting the songs back to your ipod?

this happened to my iPhone, but I just did a hard reset by holding the top and home buttons. That worked for me, so I dunno why it isn't working for you. Is your iPod software up to date? If not, try updating it. Could be a glitch that has been resolved.
