does anybody else skim the personals when they're bored? i think they're funny.

at work, one of my co-workers was like "man i'm gonna have nothing to do over spring break" and i told her that i skimmed through craigslist personals when i'm bored and then we started talking about craigslist with the guy next to me and at one point, i was like "who's ever that desperate anyways?" and he sorta looks at me and says "i posted an ad on craigslist when i needed a date for the winter formal" and i was sorta like ".... oh."

>.<

so yeah.

:D

lol, that's kinda sad. but i can see how someone spontaneous would do something like that just to have a new experience.

lol apparently one of the professors at my university had a craigslist personal ad looking for "kinky asian girls" and someone found out, then there was this whole debate on whether the university should kick him out, but i really don't think it's anybody's business but him if he has a weird fetish for asian girls, right?

anyways, i was totally thrown off. the guy's cute and funny... why does he need to put out an ad to get a date? sad.gif

i agree. it's not like he was goin' after students.

maybe the guy doesn't think he could find a date any other way. why haven't you gone on a date with him?
