What do you guys think? Should I get this or do something else with my money? I'm definitely spending it, that's for sure.

Or should I get a Sniper Rifle, preferably the AR-50:

BTW, I did my taxes online and I'm gettin $2,512

With that much, I'd get a .40 Glock 19. Nobody needs an AK.

If you do get an AK style gun, get the Tabuk or a Type 56.

Because I already own two customized AR-15s and well I love weaponry... And I would love to own a AK-47 and a sniper rifle.

Ugh... now I came across this:

Tell me that's not sexy!!

Ya but if I go with a sniper rifle, I want something that can give me a good 500 yard range.

Just in case what? The terrorists target you? Like that's ever going to happen. It makes no sense to housecase a bunch of guns if you can't use them for any game purposes. I'd much rather buy a rifle that I could go hunt with. (I don't hunt) but that isn't the case. Than to have 5-6 guns just sitting in a locked case in my house.

He's a collector. Lots of people collect things they can't actually use. Take coins, for example. What could anyone possibly do with a 400 year old coin?

Who cares what he does with them anyway?

Just gathering them makes him a collector.

Oh I've used my AR-15s for hunting too. One is a custom sniper rifle but it's only good for mid-range (no more than 200 yards in range) and the other is a custom semi-auto which I've trained for "running and gunning".

And not for terrorist coming after me... just in case FEMA or who ever the government wants to try and confiscate my guns and land, they'll be getting full metal jacket biggrin.gif

But primarily for collection grinnn.gif

QUOTE(divergent @ Feb 24 2009, 02:04 AM) *
I don't think Danny does that with his weapons.

Nope, these two guns I've bought in parts and put them together. I don't trade nor will I ever sell them.

Wait, wtf? I didn't notice this was in debate. Darn "View new posts" link. If this were about hunting or biathalons, it'd go in Sports, but since it's not...

Moved to the Lounge.

Damn. And I thought collecting comic book related items was eccentric (at my age, at least). I guess I'm just nerdy.

When the end comes, you will be one of my lieutenants. I need those who will die for me without question, with the fortitude to look the devil himself in the eye and not quiver even slightly. We must keep the candle lit or suffer through years of darkness until we can ignite it once again. I am ready for the bearing, I have trained for many nights to open my true conciousness and the third gate has finally opened.

Rejoice, your savior is here!!!

Will you join him? Will you be at my side?

What are you talking about, dude? This thread is the most awesome thread currently on CB, for the following reasons:
  1. Photos and discussion of guns, which are a metaphor for the penis.
  2. A "passing" mention of bodybuilding, a symbol of masculinity.
  3. Homophobic references to "male scrotum sucker", which demonstrate the sexual superiority of the heterosexual male.
  4. Allusions to martydom, which demonstrate that one is acting for a higher cause than those who are trapped in more terrestrial goals.

As long as you don't use your weapons on people. It would suck to have something that you can't use, though... besides going to the range and stuff.
