honestly even if it wasn't a joke, what's the point? what difference does it make that there are some idiots who like obama? there are some idiots who like every politician. it's not as if every obama supporter is like this.

Well if it was legitimate, how can they claim to be American? They don't have American values if they believe in censorship.

beats me, tons of people are american's and don't hold american values up very well. if you don't believe there should be a separation of church and state you're a shitty american too and i know a whole ton of people (non obama supporters at that) who bitch about separation.

oh wait, aren't you an advocate of sharia law or something?

I dunno just yet, I have a list of places that I've been to with a lot of pros vs cons.

One thing's for sure, I'm obligated to go to Mecca at least once.

^ I didn't know you lived in the US ph34r.gif

You have to take things on the internet with a grain a salt, though. (Or this case a heaping spoonful. I doubt the real Howard Dean would be posting on internet forums.)

Did you follow the last presidential election?

QUOTE
Dean began his bid for President as a "long shot" candidate. ABC News ranked him eighth out of 12 in a list of potential presidential contenders in May 2002. In March 2003 he gave a speech strongly critical of the Democratic leadership at the California State Democratic Convention that attracted the attention of grassroots party activists and set the tone and the agenda of his candidacy. It began with the line: "What I want to know is what in the world so many Democrats are doing supporting the President's unilateral intervention in Iraq?"

That summer, his campaign was featured as the cover article in The New Republic and in the following months he received expanded media attention. His campaign slowly gained steam, and by autumn of 2003, Dean had become the apparent frontrunner for the Democratic nomination, performing strongly in most polls and outpacing his rivals in fundraising

It wouldnt surprise me if some random Obama supporter actually tried to start something like that. On one hand, its a stupid joke. But on the other hand, I believe this country is spiraling down to a point where something like that could happen. Maybe not in our generation. But something our grandkids, or great-grandkids may have to endure.
