i want to have games on my website where i give the top 3 or 5 winners a small cash prize (through paypal) AUTOMATICALLY wihtout sending it one by one, what program would i need for this? thanks in advance.

im pretty sure its been done before and i doubt i would be the first to think of something like that these days...what do you mean manually?
