I saw this a few days ago. I loved it. And James Franco looks hot even as a gay guy.

^ Are you serious? That so totally blows. mad.gif

I've seen Milk ads around and I'm just like, "There's a movie about milk?". But this definately looks like a good inspirational movie. There aren't enough movies that touch upon homosexuality out there.

Beautiful film. Sean Penn took risks. He deserved his Oscar. & Franco should've gotten something too dammit sly.gif

saw this about a month ago; it's pretty good. definitely way f*cking better than slumdog. uhm, not as good as gus van sant's last entry "paranoid park."

sean penn is really good. unfortunately james franco isn't ever really given the opportunity to shine, rendering his role sort of mute. the story is very interesting, but the film is largely conventional & long. not worth a second viewing, but a story definitely worth being heard.
