The first thing I got was a size too big, so I ordered one a size smaller and returned the original. The second thing I got was completely the wrong color. At first I wondered if it was my mistake, but the receipt CLEARLY SAYS "Color: Black/Natural" NOT BEIGE.

Goddamn, Armani Exchange, I'm never shopping w/ you online again. I'll grit my teeth, go down to Columbus Circle, and mix in with all those other asian/metro pretty-boy asians that constantly flood your store.

If i want anything i pretty much have to do it through online shopping which can be a drag. I can always drive to Traverse City but thats about an 1.5hrs away.

So before i always ordered things in the wrong size, usually length wise.
Before i remember i ordered something and then about a week later the order got cancelled because they ended up running out of the item stubborn.gif

The first online shopping experience I had with A|X was also a drag.

There was a sale: buy one full-priced item, get 1/2 off a sales item.

So I bought the cheapest full-priced item I could think of that I'd still wear - tights that were $20 (which is still too much) - and bought a cute, swing trench coat that was originally $120 that I got for $60.

Good deal, right?

But then when I got my order, it was like "oops, the trench coats are out of stock, we can only send you those expensive ass tights that you would have never bought if it didn't come w/ a half-off trench coat!"

^ That REALLY sucks. The only completely awful one that I could think of recently was buying a sweater from Hollister and instead of the sweater they sent me a pair of pajama pants. I was thinking "this isnt even close to what I ordered!" shrug.gif

I don't usually buy clothes online, but I hate it when there is a buy one get one half off sale, and I buy the things and then I have to return them and they don't want to let you exchange something at a fair price... because the sale is over. So they want to charge you full price. I have to fight with them to get it the way it was supposed to be in the first place.

You can't keep running from what you're trying to find.

I rarely buy clothes online because I'm worried about fit and if things look different in person, but the websites I do order from are actually always reliable. Victoria's Secret, American Eagle and Martin+Osa (which has free shipping!). At least you can take things back to the store to return them though.

Well, I'm ordering something from South Korea and I'm predicting experiences similar to the ones mentioned.

The thing is, nothing usually fits correctly because I'm thin and my arms are REALLY long.
So I'm wondering, if it's one size fits all, and the model looks skinny, it should fit me right?
We'll have to wait and see.

I usually only boy clothes online if I've tried them on in the store. Like, I buy shoes online if they're on sale or I have some kind of discount code, AND I've tried them on before or something similar. i.e. my nine west shoes. :D

For lingerie, since I only buy from Victoria's secret and they do have sales, I tend to buy the same kinds of bras but in different colors, lol. Oh yea and if the panties are of the same line as ones I've seen at the store (Pink, Body by Victoria, etc.) and come in my size, I would buy them online if they're cheaper.

For clothes - I barely buy clothes online. The only clothes I buy online are from Abercrombie, and clearanced. My friend works there, so I get better discounts in the store anyway. However, I did have to return something because the size was too big, even though I got the same size in something else. D: Weird. But I WILL buy clothes online for my boyfriend since clothes tend to fit him pretty well. Damn him >=[

I've never really had anything go wrong for me when I buy stuff online. I just make sure that my sizes correlate with their sizes, whether in inches, or european sizes or american sizes. That way, it's a lot easier.
