swim season starts in a few days, and this is my first year as a swimmer. i just dyed my hair brown about a week ago (dumb move.) i know i'll have a swim cap to protect my hair, but is there anything else i can do to keep it from bleaching out or getting fried?

(btw i wasn't positive where to put this, but health seemed good.)

I think this topic is fine here for now.

One thing I did when I had to swim in gym class was braid my hair and then get it wet before I went into the pool. It helped keep my hair from soaking up the chlorine. Also, make sure that you have use a good conditioner.

you can use chlorinating shampoo & conditioner afterwards. try Ultra Swim shampoo&conditioner.
