She sees I have on headphones and proceeds to talk to me like I can hear her. She comes in my room while I have my music blasting on speakers and continues to talk to me while she's headed out of my room. Like her voice has the uncanny power to travel backwards.
Do you know anyone who's selectively deaf/dumb? Has anyone ever accused you have having selective hearing/seeing? |

Are you trying to call your mom dumb? And that's pretty rude to have your earphones on while knowing your mother is talking to you. Show some respect lol. She is the one who carried you in her stomach for 9 months.

my mom does that all the time. Or what bugs me the most is i will be upstairs and she will try to talk to me or get my attention from when she is downstairs and she doesnt get it that i cant f**king hear her.

Sometimes my mom talks to herself. Like if she's reading something... so when she starts to talk to me, I just ignore it, because I thought she was still reading.
