I'll wait till the movie starts playing on TV haha. Did anyone else lol watching the trailer? I was in the theater for Mamma Mia! when it came on, and man... that was a good laugh, what with the dimming of the lights and Gabriella standing up and singing to Troy telling him she believes in him. XD.gif

If my friends go I'll pay. But honestly kids paid more than 10 dollars for that Hannah Montana 3D movie and it was on the Disney channel like 3 months later.

The same thing will happen again. mellow.gif

This may or may not break some sort of box-office record.
Assuming preteens wanna watch a movie without a unique premise.

Why do you think they put a Hannah Montana concert in 3D in the theatres? Same reason.

Yeah, and the 3D glasses didn't work. Both Theater&TV versions.
It was a waste to go to 7 Walmarts and get horded by HM fans.

My coworker told me her friend dragged her to see HSM3 this weekend. She's a huge fan a musicals, but HATES the HSM franchise........ and she was pleasantly surprised. She said the plot was really stupid (of course), but that she was blown away by how big they made everything. Something about the set-up and effects, and how the songs were pretty good overall. She suggested I download it when it's available.

^ I figured it had to be a little bit better, especially since the first two went straight to DVD. I'll probably watch it with my sister when it comes out on DVD.

I totally went to see it last Saturday...if not to just make fun of it.

It actaully wasn't that bad. I ended up actually liking one of the songs, which is like more than the other two movies combined.

QUOTE(robbotic @ Nov 5 2008, 04:26 PM) *
Okay you guys don't judge, but I watched it last night. (If anyone asks, I watched something smart like.. Passchendale.)

It was really good, the plot was dumb but that's expected, but the songs were all very catchy and the choreography was all so well done. And as much as people hate to admit it, it takes talent to dance and sing like that.

It's much better than the first two.

That basically sums up what I thought of it.

The best part of the movie was Rocketman though. That guy is beast.

Oh, and before the movie, during the previews, there was one for a movie called seventeen again. It was basically like Thirteen Going on Thirty, only in, like, reverse.

Matthew Perry goes to bed one day, wakes up, and he's a seventeen year old kid being played by Zac Efron.

As soon as he looked in the mirror and found out he turned into Zac Efron, me and my friends all screamed. And it wasn't like a "OH EM GEE! ZAC EFRON!" scream either. It was like a "A HOLY SHIT THAT IS SCARY!" kinda scream.

Needless to say, everyone in the theater thought we were like...retarded or something :]

I actually think this one was pretty okay. The only song/scene I thought was actually sing worthy was "Can I Have This Dance" where Zac danced with Vanessa in the garden thing on top of the roof.

Snuck in after watching Nick and Norah. HONESTLY, it was NOT as bad as I expected. I didn't pay for it, so I can't say it was a waste of money, but I honestly enjoyed parts of it. It was cute, all I gotta say hahaa. Saw it with my ex and he was being so cheesy afterwards. xD
