I thought that you get paired up with the person that you are compatible with. What org are you talking of?

for sororities. girls get paired up with their big sisters. but we get to choose our big brother and he chooses whether or not to accept.

On campus, there's this building with a camera on the side, and some guys wrote in big marker on the wall "Big Brother" and made an arrow pointing at the camera.
