Omg, this is so ugly. >.<
This is my first Layout I made. I don't know. Only thing I did was use one of the coding that was used here. Then I just made a Layout with PS and just used the slice tool. Then I used Dreamweaver to get the coding. >.< Sorry, I don't know anything about CSS or HTML or coding, BUT i hope to learn more about these things. >.< Oh yeah, the "About Me" part, I did it with Photoshop. >.< I don't know how to add all that other stuff. >.< Hope it's worthy of yours guys awesomeness.
Reason for edit: Please thumb large images. Thanks. - Gabi :)

haha, you are way to modest in these topics you're starting. i don't think it's bad at all, especially for your first one. i do like the graphic; it's pretty cool.
i'm not really a huge fan of century gothic. it's getting to be like comic sans ms - way too overused, not enough kick to it. for the "navi" part, i think you could probably get rid of the word completely. at first i thought it was a link. for the "about me" part, it's really simple. between your <style> tags, you'd add another part like the .Main { }, but name it something like .aboutme { }. this would go between your <style> tags: CODE .aboutme { height:375px; left:50%; margin:286px 0 0 54px; position:absolute; top:0; width:324px; } and where you put the rest of your HTML: CODE <div class="aboutme">
text, text, text, etc. </div> |

CODE <div class="aboutme1" style="position: absolute; left:###px; top:###px; width:###px; height:###px; overflow: auto;"> text text text </div> Thats what I use for content areas and what not. I have seen much worse layouts, It's not bad for your first try at all. I would try and stick too maybe only 2-3 different fonts. Also Get rid of the word "nav". And then use the content areas for your about me. |

I agree about the fonts. There are too many different ones. A good idea would be to stick with one fancy one and maybe another more basic one. It's not bad for a first, though. :)
