Ps Cs3 Extended cant install, installing not working

Hello ;x
This is really freaking me out
ive just gotten photoshop cs3 extended but i go too my computer click the disk its in and go too setup
it then says :Installation cannot continue until the following apps are closed Then its got internet explorer . :Please close the apps listed above ^try again to continue the installation .

its saying close internet when it is closed i dont know if its still running on my computer please help!?

(im sorry if im in the wrong place for this)

What OS are you running.If its Vista right click on setup & install as administrator. Is it a bought copy?

Im Using Windows Xp I Think!
and i think its a copy ?

Hmmm i'm not sure then maybe someone else will be able to answer your question.

I had probs with my copy & i just mounted it on a virtual drive.

Shut down all other applications when trying to install.

If this becomes an issue, hit cntrl+alt+delete and find your internet, or any other application that it lists, and hit "End Process", or it something along those lines.
