Other than the headers, I like it. I think they would look better if you made them like the blue and green letters in the main image. It doesn't look like you have many headers, so maybe making image ones wouldn't be too difficult? I don't know. Just a suggestion.

For your lightbox, the loading .gif has really jaggedy edges. fixtatik once gave me a link to get anti-aliased loading .gifs but I don't remember it - you should ask him.

I think it looks fine, but the header text is the only thing that needs some help. Try changing it to something else.

It's really, really simple. I do like the colors, though. I would have made the logo a bit bigger and placed it above the content. It looks a little awkward to me for some reason.
