What do you think of the layout on my site??

I think it is okay. It doesnt look like you put much effort into making the banners. And the sparkles dont match.. theres like 3 different ones. The color scheme is nice but overall it needs some work. But thats just my opinion.. and Im no expert .. so...

I think having so many starry graphics looks a bit tacky. The banner definitely doesn't look good, partially because of the font and placement of the text. Also, it'd be good to have the main font size be bigger (11px).

The font is kind of boring, and the different types of sparkles don't look nice together. The ones for the banner look a bit low quality, too.

None of the star graphics match. It looks like you took them all from different sources. The header looks like you made it in paint. Your rollovers don't match either. And as a general rule, centered text is pretty annoying to read. But you have a good concept!

the fonts on the header are a bit boring. i liked the effects you did with ashley tisdale way better than this one. i really like the links though, i mean. im not a big fan of the sparkles though.
&when i click download buttons it goes back to the old layout. i think part of the problem you are having is that you save your stuff .htm it would be WAY easier if you used PHP files. than you dont have to copy and paste the layout to EVERY SINGLE PAGE. its way more convenient. &i agree about the header img being low quality. &ill be adding your button to subliminalgreen

It's pretty plain. And the text that you used on the banner is really really really generic (and kind of ugly XD). And the image quality could be higher. All in all, it doesn't look like you put too much effort into it, although I'm sure you did. Keep working on it though, has the potential to be great.
