I have no idea honestly, but I doubt it will be Hilary.
![]() I always thought Edwards would be a good choice, just have to wait and see who he chooses. |

I really like Biden, he and Richardson were my favorites during the nomination process, they performed really well in those early debates. I especially liked Richardson because he's fluent in Spanish, so he would've brought something different and mirrored the changing face of the country. But Biden's cool.

I've missed getting Carrie and Kiera confused...
Anyway. I think it's a pretty good ticket, from the persepective of someone who can't vote for it. |

Biden plagiarized some British politician, and has made racist comments in the past.
The choice makes sense, but I still don't like either of them. Doesn't matter anyway, Obama has one of the staunchest baby killing platforms anyway. He could have appointed Gandhi as his VP and I still wouldn't vote for him. |

I think it was a wonderful choice.
Biden has tons of political experience. Some people argue that Obama does not have any political experience, and therefore he should not be put in office. With Biden as his running mate, he has the back up he needs when it comes to political experience. Plus, he might get some of the old white racist men's votes. |

Exactly. That article is just a predictable negative analysis from someone who I assume wouldn't have voted for him whoever he had named as VP candidate, and who would likely have written a similar article about whoever else he'd named.

i didn't comprehend it either. i understood the article fine, but it's not like it's not something that was obvious to begin with imo. i don't disagree with it, because it's right, people could take it that way. i do take it that way to an extent.
the article is one way of looking at it. it's a negative way of looking at it. there's a negative way of looking at any VP he could have chosen. there's a negative way of looking at basically everything in the world. the acknowledgment that the situation can be looked at not only positively but negatively...is not enlightening to me. it's common sense. |

^ Exactly.
I have no idea whether or not the article is right, and Obama's personal confidence is fading, nor do I imagine the author knows especially well, either. It may well be bang on the nose, but 'enlightening' isn't the word I'd have used for it. More 'predictably negative,' or 'mildly interesting speculation.' |

Well, it is his opinion, isn't it? The article is speculative, that's just true. It doesn't really take much to cheapen it. Journalistic fluff.
