ok i tried to put this on my profile and took off like all the video players and stuff like that but i see my plain profile underneath the new one and i filled in sum of the stuff on the new html code but nothing happened...its so messed up now....

&are you sure those are ALL your codes?
i think you are going to need a code that hides all your old content.

maybe you forgot part of the code!
like if you only take the about men code. it usually does nothing, or adds a background image!
sometimes it will put a image in your about me.

I don't see any sort of codes to hide your profile.
as already mentioned by someone else, make sure you're using any codes that are provided. it also might help if you take your profile off of private (or increase your age) and give a link to the layout you are using.

before anything else, try adding a hide all code. I have one here, which is tested daily:
