So i see alot of threads that talk about music we like, but its always the same stuff. so i thought id start off a thread about music that people cant stand.
give a couple of stuff that you just cant stand (and if you want to, the reason you hate it). give 5 of any of the following: Genres, Artists, Albums, Songs. (artist) Jonas Brothers: theyre overrated, they have bad music, they suck at playing. just because your "hawt" doesnt mean you can play music. they suck altogether. 'nuff said. (song) Slipknot - If Your 555 than im 666: Slipknot is good and all.. but i heard this song, and it just sounds like junk. it sounds like theyre trying to rap also. and it sounds like theyre becoming wannabe satanists or something. (song) Metallica - Enter Sandman: This songs just pathetic. the only reason it got popular was because its catchy. and thats also a problem, metals not supposed to be getting into the popular society, because then posers get ahold of it. one of my friends said "I like metallica, i love their song Enter Sandman" so i asked her "do you know anything else by them" so she says "Yeah" and i asked her if she heard the song "Ride The Lightning" by Metallica, and she says yeah. i asked her what was it about and she says "someone getting superpowers and being able to fly" (then i told her it was about someone getting the electric chair sentence for something they didnt do and then i called her a poser, and she blocked me LOL) (Album) Metallica - Load&Re-load: This album was a major dissapointment to me. metallica has changed ever since this album. I will admit that I haven't heard much screamo... let alone any of the bands you listed. I guess it's mostly the thought of someone screaming a song... turns me off. But like I said, there are a few somewhat screamo bands/songs that I do respect and enjoy.

I cannot stand rap or country music.
Ive never really liked them and when i was younger i always in a way faked myself to like rap because my friends really were into rap. But then after i moved i could careless what people thought i liked or didnt like. |

Sneakernight - Vanessa Hudgens. WTF? is up with those lyrics .. there's something to do with eating a banana too. Artists; Vanessa Hudgens again. I have her music on my iTunes [>.<] but I hate her voice. She sounds like a child .. that can't sing and to be honest it's painful. She can't write music and she's just shit personified. Anything emo .. fake bands. The type that girls go crazy go for and there's loads of them. Or bands with stupid lyrics eh. For example Fall Out Boy. I think Patrick Stump can sing but the songs are bleh. I liked him with Gym Class Heroes though. Also anything too gangster rap and things with obscene lyrics annoy me too. Especially when you get this ugly guy singing it. |

"hit me with your best shot" and "i love rock and roll". I hate these songs so much, if I'm in target or something and they come on over the intercom I have to leave. Oh yeah, 80s rock, the disney bunch (jonas brothers, miley cyrus, etc.), the b-list R&B bunch (Ray J, the dream, T-Pain, Chris Borwn, etc.), and about 99.9% of country all suck. Kanye West isn't really f*cked up enough to hate, I just hate all the people at my school who are f*ckING OBSESSED with him. Ugh. |

^ lol, I never watch MTV or BET. Well, MTV rarely plays music. I have XM on my TV, so that's usually where I go if I want music while I'm not near a radio. But I do have to say, just because something isn't "underground" doesn't mean it automatically sucks. If you assume that, you're really limiting yourself, imo.
