Remember those WOW chips? I was at the grocery store yesterday and I saw that they were selling the Light chips that are fat-free and they're made with Olestra, under a new name. I didn't know this stuff was still around. _unsure.gif I remember when they stopped selling those chips, because the fake-fat affects how your body absorbs the fat soluable vitamins (a, d, e, and k) and gave people bad stomach pain. I've tried them, and it's not like they taste bad. Are you guilty of eating them?

I've never heard of WOW or Olestra, but I wouldn't eat the chips.

Ha. I totally remember "Wow" chips and Olestra. The hell are they thinking? Actually, strike that, the hell are CONSUMERS thinking?

The thing is, eating chips is fine if you do so in moderation. So how about not eating the whole damn bag and having a few as opposed to eating a full bag of fake (but non weight gaining) fat.

The lack of will power and the desperation in some individuals absolutely perplexes me at times.
