Hey everyone. I am 21 years old and I have had migraines since I was 9. I was wondering if anyone else suffers from this and how they deal. It really sucks sometimes since I have an active life and go to college full-time and love it. If you have any tips on what you do feel free to share. If you don't then please don't reply.

Oh wow good answers. Well I drink hella coke and am on the pill. My doctor put me on the pill since my periods are bad and for my migraines. I wish there was something else that could be done. I feel sick!

try drinking a cold glass of water, that is supposed to help with headaches in general... and put a cold cloth on the back of your neck and try to sleep

How about a HUGE ice pack? LOL would that work or would it be too cold and I should put a towel over it...

I used to get terrible migraines. I was on prescription medication for it and eventually they tried doing a migraine prevention drug, but it just made me sick. I've found that they're less frequent when I changed up my diet. When I get them, I find it's best to just take a couple Tylenol (500mg) and stay away from noise.
