Just wondered if anyone here enjoys online comics as much as I do. I just can't get enough of them! I read quite a few, but there are only a handful that I read on a regular basis.
  • Ctrl-Alt-Del: It's a gaming-themed comic. I'm not a gamer, but I'm familiar enough with video games that it's still funny. Plus the characters are cool, and there's a fun long-running plot line. Except for the recent miscarriage. Seriously, WTF? There's nothing comical about a miscarriage -- although I can respect the author's attempt to move the comic in a more artistic direction.
  • Cyanide and Happiness: This comic is just f**king funny, and way, way over the top (not to mention inappropriate most of the time). I probably shouldn't find most of the humor funny...but I do.
  • Order of the Stick: It's a pretty funny D&D-themed comic. It's always been funny, but now that it has a long-running plot, it's even better. I started reading it last summer, when someone in another forum linked to comic #200. I fell in love, and spent a week or so reading all the other strips. I've followed it ever since. This is pretty sappy, but I especially liked the romantic subplot between the rogue and the bard.
  • Penny Arcade: The first comic I really got into, but it's still a good one. Also a gaming-themed one, and definitely funny.
  • PhD Comics: This one is a recent find, but also pretty funny in an academic kind of way. It's probably only funny if you're a PhD student, but it's awesome nonetheless.
  • xkcd: This one's super geeky, and I adore it -- enough to let the questionable artistic talent slide. Sometime's the writer's a bit too emo and, well, pathetic, but his geekiness is enough to overcome the occasional depressing comic.
Reason for edit: Spoiler tags added in. - Cristy

I've never heard of these, but I'll check some of them out.

I added in actual spoiler tags, by the way. :)

Oh my goodness, I completely agree. Online comics are awesome.
I read Cyanide and Happiness and xkcd on a regular basis.
I've recently started reading Buttersafe.
I really really love Super Effective, simply because I used to be a big Pokemon fan. XD

I read the Cyanide and Happiness.

I haven't actually heard of the others ones you listed.

Op, I read the xkcd. For some reason I didn't see it. And I never remember the name unless I see it.

It was the mods not him. D:

Ctrl-Alt-Del got a few good comics, but don't entertain me most of the time. Penny Arcade, not so much for me either.

I gotta give it up for Cyanide and Happiness though. That site always gets me feelin' pretty lulzy.

I'm not as familiar with xkcd, but I remember liking some of their comics.

And I like VG Cats, which wasn't on the list. Cyanide and Happiness above that though.

IMO

This is one of my (recent) likes from xkcd:

I also read ctrl+alt+del for a while, but I got out of it and couldn't really get back in.

Toothpastefordinner is funny in a really dorky way. <33

Most recently, I was a fan of this xkcd, but that's because I'm (practically) a mathematician:

I used to read Cyanide and Happiness. It's gone downhill recently.

Ctrl-alt-del is my favorite webcomic.

And we must never forget http://www.legorobotcomics.com
He really needs to update more.

I love xkcd, I've been a fan of theirs for a longgggg time. Cyanide and Happiness is a classic, and I used to read AppleGeeks.

I love webcomics.

Out of that list, I read Ctrl-Alt-Dlt, Penny Arcade and Cyanide & Happiness. I agree with the spoiler thing on CAD. Sigh. But yeah. I read some other ones too, but yes, webcomics rock.

I forgot to mention about ctrl-alt-del.. The whole "cute female breaking all the stereotypes and being a total badass" is like.. Way overplayed. It was actually kind of annoying.

Cyanide and Happiness is definitely a favorite of mine.

There was one that I found a long time ago and one of the characters look like the pope.
And there were ninjas in the story.
For the life of me, I can't remember the name of the comic.
Does anyone know which one I'm talking about?
