friends on div!!, ff and ie promblem Options

In Firefox looks perfect but in internet explorer

the friends space goes back of the div but it moves from position when i put it in firefox and internet explorer

i want to show but it only shows only a letter since thats is that only thing u can see since its under the div in internet explorer!
