i've tried contacting the admin asking them to delete my account but i check and it's still here. HOW DO I DEACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT??

Administrators don't delete usernames anymore, because it messes up CB4's database. If you don't want to use your account, simply don't sign in from now on.
