Use some light grungy brushes around the edges.
Put some text at around a 20 degree angle.
A handwritten font would look good here.

hm i like the idea you're going for.. but for me the floral thing is a bit overdone.. maybe use less flowers and more grunge like XTC said on the edges??

I KNOW THE STUPID OUTER GLOW THING D;
Cause the inner glow lightened the image up a lot better, but then it effed the bottom part up.
The top looks better w/ it, so I'll have to figure something out.

Is the "guy" supposed to look like a girl? .. I'm assuming it's a guy........

it seems a little poor quality/blurry, sharpen it up a little.
the flowers are definitely too over the top, so tone those down a little perhaps with some light blurring.
and please get rid of the scanlines.
adding some pattern or texture to this would improve it a little as well.

1. they're not centered and it's bothering me a little bit.
2. the edges of the people are blurry in some areas, i.e. the boy's front and the girl's hair - idk if this is intentional, but it doesn't look very good.
3. i'm not a big fan of the lines running across the image.
