The upside-down chick is a bit random to me, like the "whoopsie!!" guy that pops up when playing Mortal Kombat!....
It's not centered. Rollover colours bother me slightly, light green on white. Image seems to cut off suddenly to white space at the bottom of the image, maybe bring the white space down a little and let the background pattern flow between them? |

it is very cute and compact.
i like the simplicity, i would definitely make the links more interesting though, they are a little basic. |

I like it, but you should use a darker color for the words. I can barely read it.

the text is way too light. >_<
i don't like the upside down girl on the left. also, i don't think you should have the double of that girl on the left, the one where the opacity is just lowered. personal preference, i guess... and i think you should add some sort of border. |
