Comments Background?, an image in the comments Options

So I was just wondering, because I have actually seen it done in the past... how can I get a background image only in my comments section, therefore it being a separate background from anywhere else, just in the comments (well behind the comments, a background image). ??? any takers?

i did a little experimenting and i've figured out how to add a bg image JUST to the comments section.
