ok i want to edit this picture of my cousin:

well for the first photo i guess you can get started but retouching the skin, eyes & lips.
follow this tutorial; i use it all the time. & for the second picture, the first thing i would do is take out that time stamp. they personally annoy me. you can do that by using the clone stamp. i hope i helped!
