Cant find a code (message box) Options

well there use to be a code on here were you could have people
write you a message in a comment box looking thing on your page,
and press send and it sent it to your inbox.
just like a comment box, but a message box,
im having trouble finding this code again, was it removed because of bugs?
if so could i still get the code? :)
