To all those who were affected by the tragic events of that day, I say a prayer for you. I can't believe that it has been one year already.

That's what people do when a year goes by from when something big happened. They acknowledge the anniversary.

I thought this was going to be about the guy who committed suicide because he thought he'd be mistaken for Cho, and is now making the news (well, mainly for media spectacle) because his father said the school treated it like a joke.

Cuz some people are humans, not animals.
Cuz if we don't recognize what went wrong, it's just begging for history to repeat itself.

This is a nice sentiment... well not nice, but I mean... very true, and insightful. +10 pts.

It really feels like it was just a few months ago. So tragic :(

But the media gave him exactly what he died for, attention.

Also, can you guys believe Columbine will be 9 years ago this coming Sunday (4/20)?

For me, I can't say that it hasn't felt like a year. I can believe that it's been that long. Over time, the annv. will draw fewer and fewer people. Time will pass and wounds will heal, but it'll always be something that people bring up, like other school shootings.
