Help me I'm too skinny and I've been this way my whole life. It runs in the family but I'm the skinniest! I eat ALOT and I'm still very skinny!
I don't know what has carbohidrates in it and I'm confused whether or not to start buying weight gainer! I'm 14 almost 15 and I only weigh 110 pounds! I skate alot and have been wearing tight pants for about 2 years and the whole time I didn't even notice. Please post some tips on how to gain weight the fastest way (Doesn't have to be the healthiest way!). I just want to be atleast 15 and weigh like 130-140 pounds! ![]() |

Well...maybe you just have a fast metabolism. I mean, I'm 15 as well and I weigh around 100 pounds. Yeah, it depends on your height. What is it?

...wow. way to make other people feel bad. how tall are you? lol yeah... i wish i was in that position. Wait until you have kids, then you'll be saying help me lose weight. If you want to gain weight, then eat McDonalds and junk food. That's alot of the reason why people are so overweight. |

Eat more.
You don't need a weightgainer when you don't have the fundamentals of diet down. Eat five to six meals a day. Get used to checking food labels. If you don't have access to a gym, do this. |

I'm basically the same way, 5'9 and I weigh 130 but it's fast metabolism & it runs in my fam as well until you give birth. I know athletes who have to be a certain weight to play positions & they drink protein shakes from GNC but they also say they're nasty but it's a healthy fast route I suppose. Eating & going to sleep helps I guess. Honestly, there's probably not much you can do to change it. You just have to keep eating & embrace it.

There's plenty you can do to change it. My natural somatotype is ectomorphic (skinny and lanky). At 6', I went from weighing 120 to 235 in just a few years.

I guess but I would never want to be that big sooo I just let nature take its course...I'm just glad I'm not fat or anorexic so it's fine with me |

I eat high-protein & carb bars.
Also, during the summer, I drank Ensure like crazy, the Ensure Plus, so I was like 125 pounds at the height of 5'2". It was crazy, and I was stacked too. Like C cups, but then I'm like fuggit. And I stopped drinking it, and I dropped weight, along with a little depression, with help from Lexapro. |

I'll give you some of my fat. :( Haha, same here! You're quite young, maybe you're just a late bloomer, and need to give yourself some time to fill out. The best thing you can do is eat healthy and keep a balanced lifestyle. There's lots of girls out there that would probably want to look like you. Just get to know your body and what works for it, and above all: love it. If your doctor isn't concerned about your weight, you shouldn't be either. |

when i was begining my junior year, i was only 120-125lbs.
Now i'm a senior and i weight about 145. I started eating a lot more and i put on a lot more muscle. I think you should eat more meat for protein and work out. Take some protein shakes then do pushups and lift dumbells for a few months. Oh and don't forget about curl ups :P When you get stronger, start benching. Muscle will give you a lot more weight. i wouldn't worry too much because you are still young. |

I'll give you some of my fat. :( Lawl. I will too! Basically, though, if you're still young, try to eat healthy. I don't think being "too skinny" is something to worry about as long as you don't have some kind of disorder or something (but I'm certainly no expert). |
