So I got a tutorial and actually made a vexel/vector (Still don't know the difference)
This is my second EVER... so tell me what you think :)

Amazing for your second! How long did it take?
I'm not very good at vexels, but the only suggestions I could make is now that you are this good at this overall picture is to start focusing more on the details, like hair, teeth, and fingers. Amazing for your second. |

i tried vexelling/vectoring and i wasnt that great at it =/ i do think her face area looks a little odd though... |

it's great for your second vexel. i would suggest to add more layers and like karmakiller said, focus on details next time. here, her hair looks blocky to me and the face could use more transition layers since there is a big 'jump' from light to dark around her eye.
