okay,
i need help with math please(: the circular are of a railroad curve has a chord length 3000 fet and a central angle of 40 degrees. draw a figure that visually represents the problem so my problem is, i dont know where to draw the chord. ![]() thanks much. ![]() |

Draw a circle, then draw the 40 degree angle from the inside of the circle. Connect the two lines that intersect the circle - that's the chord. Label it 3000 ft.
