Last I heard it was for the 56k users, or maybe for the people with the 32mb vid cards? How does thumbing fix that for them? It's just a more compact version, it's still as big in terms of memory. It still srolls by slowly. It still loads at the same speed. I guess the only thing is that it stretches the boards?
How come some of the times when I don't thumb (I'm a rebel) it automatically thumbs? |

It never did it before, but someone must have put in some feature to automatically thumb them if it's over a certain size.

so you dont stretch out the forums. i thought that was obvious. after all we do say "thumb images that stretch out the board."
and jusun put in an autothumbing feature as well, but it doesnt work very well. question answered? topic closed. |
