I love it when you re-watch a movie you used to watch as a child. Everything seems so different!

Anyone else remember Labyrinth? David Bowie in tight pants anyone? /points to avatar.

A friend of mine recently blogged about this movie and mentioned the main villain, the Goblin King Jareth (Bowie) as being the best fantasy villain this side of Star Wars.

I missed out on this film; instead watching 'All Dogs Go To Heaven' on loop.

What films do you remember loving as a kid?

^I used to watch the original Narnia films, the original non-animated ones I mean.

The Adventures of Little Nemo in Wonderland. This is still one of my favorite movies. I seriously need to get it on DVD. I almost cried last year when my VCR ate up my tape.

Oh my gosh... Childhood movies.

I was obsessed with Swan Princess for awhile. I would go home and rewatch it afterschool literally every day.

Also, I LOVED ALL DOGS GO TO HEAVEN!! Oh man, I want to watch that now :[

And... The Rescuers Down Under. That movie was sooo cute!
Along with An American Tail Fievel Goes West!! Haha his name, Fievel Mousekewitz, it cracks me up!

Fern Gully... That blond was such a hunk for a cartoon character.

And Babe, I would watch that pig constantly.

Oh and The Three Caballeros... I remember it was really fun to sing along to.

I'm sure there were many more.

My grandma used to make me watch soap operas with her: All My Children, One Life to Live and General Hospital.

At night we used to watch Scarecrow and Mrs King, Moonlighting and the A-Team.

For cartoons I watched Jem and the Holograms, Smurfs, He-Man, Thundercats and the old Xmen and Spiderman cartoons.

Thunder THunder thunder Thunder Cats
Smurfs
The Bannana Splits
Inspector Gadget
the Pink Panther
Spy verses Spy
Josie and the Pussy Cats
Scooby Doo

And about AM she may always be working but on projects that no one's ever heard of. Whatev'. Lifetime though, kudos. Maybe i'll see it, maybe

I'm curious about people's responses to this.

Haha. You really shouldn't be bumping so soon (give it a few days, ok?). I'll merge that right off.

I've already seen this clip. I saw it years ago. I've always been a big Muppet Show fan and never really liked Sesame Street.

I prefer Debbie Harry's guest visit though. ;)

Yeah normally I wouldn't bump so soon. But yeah the Muppets win. And Sesame Street has always failed. I don't think I've ever seen Debbie Harry on The Muppet Show. I'll have to search that later.

I forgot about PeeWee's Playhouse haha.

Who's The Boss used to be my FAVORITE SHOW of all time! They were really popular back then. I haven't heard much about anyone from that show except Alyssa Milano..who did the whole Charmed thing and now is on some TV movie Wisegal on Lifetime.

So my mom says that I was named Samantha because of this very show and actor. Exciting yes?
