have a period?
join the damn club.

write when your period starts and how long it usually lasts. we'll organize, and have periods/bitchfests. that's how real women bond together.

i usually start on the 25th, but started on march 2nd ... hooray for stress, right?
edit/ and i usually last 5-6 days.

i feel shitty! :)

I've already had my huge moodswings and snapping turtle moments.
HOWEVER, The BF was actually got pissed off at me and I SURPRISINGLY kept my cool cause I know I would have beasted his ass if I had started.

Im done in 5 days......ughhhhhhhhh

OH I ALSO HAD LIKE SEVERAL REALIZATIONS, what a bonus!

Mines last about 5-7 days, depending on how heavy it starts off. Well within the past two years, it's lasted this long, but I do end up skippng a couple months. My period was VERY IRREGULAR (I had 6-month breaks almost once a year, but no I was never pregnant so it's all good). Sometimes it's really convenient because I hate my period -- cramps and feeling bloated -- but after the long break of non-periodness, my period is REALLY HEAVY for like 5 days, then really light for another 5 days. So those times it lasted 10 days! AUGH.

Well right now I'm on the NuvaRing (birth control), so my period is regulated now. I just had it last week, so I guess this month it will be somewhere between March 23-28.

I was on Depo Provera for two years on and off, so my cycles are f**ked up. I'm perpetually on the rag, and it sucks ass.

Go me.

I'll start the record keeping next time I "spot."

I have my period as of 03/03/07. Isn't it just nifty? rolleyes.gif I had to run with my period today, because of track practice! >__< I hate running when I have it. My periods usually start during the beginning of the month and lasts for about 5-7 days. I know when my period comes when I have some weird ass mood swings and when I get pissed off way too easily. I hate the cramps! When I tell my P.E teacher that I don't want to run because of "it," (my teacher is a girl btw) and she doesn't believe me! WTF $&@@&*%. T_T. Don't you just hate moving when you have your period? :(.

I remember PE Freshmen year, when we had to swim. You could always tell which girls had their periods because they would sit it out and make excuses.

My cycle isn't normal. And lately I haven't, uh, had that much of a period. Get what I mean, eh? I get more back pain than cramps. I'm thinkin' I really need to get it checked out.

Okay so the past 2 days my period flow has been really weird.. o_o. It hasn't been leaking at all... only a bit every few hours or so. I don't know if I should be happy or not about this lol, but I'm happy that I'm not experiencing any blood clots this month. Woohoo. :). I got horrible ass cramps yesterday night and it was like x____x. I had a pimple that was starting to arise, so I knew my period was coming, and plus I was having extreme mood swings. Yay for having periods. I'm hoping it'll be gone by Sunday the latest. *crosses fingers*

What amazes me is, if there's a group of females that all got hired on the same day and they all have a different cycle than each other. After a while, they all start to evolve in a sense where they will start to adapt to each others' cycles. In other words they'll start to have their cycles within the same week o.O

Just sayin.

mmm mine started on tuesday stubborn.gif
it usually lasts like a week or so.
but the downfall is that i usually get pretty bad cramps.
& on my recent periods, i throw up on the first day.
i didn't throw up this time which i found pretty odd.
but maybe it was because i had chicken & fries for lunch _unsure.gif
but it gets lighter as it goes on.

Most of the time your period wont really become regular until you have had it a year maybe even two.

ew, omg, guy reading about bloody vaginas!!

I actually read about that in a magazine and they say that's it's a hormone that a womans body gives off and the women that are around her everyday will pick up on that and it'll affect their hormones. The "doctors" that were quoted in the article said it went back to caveman times so that the women could get pregnant. I suppose I could google it, but I don't know what else I might get.

No way. I've had my period since I was 13 (currently 20) and it's always been irregular. at least once a year there was a long break in between (like 4-6 months) with no period. And right after, it would be really heavy. And there'd be months where it's really light, or really heavy. And sometimes I had my period early in the month and then it occurs at the end of the same month. And I know a bunch of people who ahve irregular periods too and they're my age.

BUT my period seems to be better regulated now, since I'm on The Ring. Now it's 3 heavy days followed by 3 light days and it's over. It's true that it does regulate your period! victory.gif

^Agreed..I've had mine since I was 12 (now I'm 19) and it is definitely NOT regulated. I thought it was maybe a couple of years ago when I could time it right, but no.

I haven't had one for a few months, since like December. Whatever though, I don't like them pinch.gif
