This doesn't even sound like you're having a relationship with this lass!

Arrange to go out, make time to see each other, make plans, surprise her, talk to her - if she's still busy then she's not interested.

Slow your role.

If you're actively trying to make this a "better" relationship, you'll just appear to be pushy. Maximize the time when she's not busy by talking to her, and shit.

Buddy it has only been a month, let the juices marinate a little bit. Whitney hit on the head when she said to take advantage of the down time she has, even if it means doing simple shit. If you appear too possessive or needy, it will drive her away.

This is easy. Nobody understand girls like me, so you've come to the right place. I'll give you some tips.

Be careful about giving her lovey-dovey pet names. For instance, let's say you have chosen the nickname "Fly Head." Normally, you would think that "Fly Head" would mean a person who has beautiful swept-back features, as if flying through the air. But think again. Couldn't it also mean "having a head like a fly"? I'm afraid some people might actually think that.

Do something that she'll remember. One time, I was at this fancy dinner thing, and meat with mashed potatoes was being served. I got what looked to be a very tiny piece of meat with my potatoes. This girl asked me why I didn't get more meat, and I replied, "Oh, you mean THIS?" and I pulled out a gigantic piece of meat from inside the blob of mashed potatoes, where I had hidden it. I'd say she was definitely impressed by that.

Oh, another thing about eating out. Ask the waiter for something exotic, like steamed python. When you're informed that they do not serve steamed python at their restaurant, turn your nose up nonchalantly and exclaim, "Oh, it's one of these places", even though it's an extremely up-town, fancy restaurant. She'll be astounded at your level of standards.

If you ever go dancing with her, have a predisposed mating ritual in mind. Try holding your arms out with your jacket flared, which will make you appear larger and more formidable in the dim lighting. The Australian frilled lizard uses this tactic in courtship. You can also try squawking while scuttling side to side, or emphasizing your exuberantly-colored plumage, depending on your individual characteristics.

You just have to take the initiative in moments like these, and the rest will work itself out.
